Just a ton of steps I should not have had to taken and any company that cares about customer service wouldnt make you take. After having to return two eBay purchases for arriving DOA even though they claim they tested everything I decided to buy direct from Lukie Games and I was not disappointed. Nintendo controller extention cord didn't work I did not have to return the faulty product and was sent a working one in the matter of a few days.
